"Decent, but not quite what I expected"
I picked this up because it seemed like a more natural option, and I do like the look and feel of the product overall. That said, when I checked the ingredient list, there were still a few things I didn’t really recognize, which was a little disappointing. It also left my skin feeling drier than I expected after using it. It might work better for someone else, but for me it wasn’t quite the right fit, so I probably won’t buy it again

"I don’t know, I expected more..."
I don’t know, I expected more. Paid a lot, opened the package, and just felt kind of disappointed. The quality is fine, I guess, but nothing special. I’ve gotten better stuff from cheaper shops. So yeah… probably won’t order again

"I ordered this from sante.de thinking it would..."
I ordered this from sante.de thinking it would have that soft, natural kind of smell, you know, something gentle and easy to wear, but wow, it was way stronger than I expected. And not really in a nice way either, it had this slightly weird scent that just kept hanging around on my skin. I kept hoping it would fade, but it didn’t, and after a while it actually gave me a headache. Maybe it works for someone who likes really intense fragrances, but for me it was just not it at all. Definitely not what I thought I was buying, and I wouldn’t get it again.

"Delivery Was Late and the Updates Made No Sense"
My order ended up arriving late, and the whole timeline was confusing. At one point I thought it was supposed to be delivered that week, then support made it sound like it hadn’t even shipped yet, but no one gave me a clear answer. Every time I reached out, I just got vague replies that didn’t really explain what was going on. Frustrating experience overall.

"and I really wanted to like this..."
and I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t do much for me. I ordered from sante.de hoping it would be decent, but the texture felt kind of strange and not very pleasant to use. The packaging was fine, but that was probably the best part.
I used it for a while and didn’t notice any real improvement. If anything, my skin felt a bit drier than before. For the price, I expected better, so I wouldn’t buy it again
